Management

Joe Turk, Principal

Joe has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry. He has owned and operated his own HVAC and plumbing company for the majority of that time. Joe began as a HVAC technician in 1990, quickly working his way up through the ranks and eventually creating his own company. He currently holds licenses for HVAC, Plumbing, Gas and Refrigeration along with numerous certifications for the industry. Joe has received numerous awards for sales and service. With Stability, Joe’s vision was to establish a company that provided the highest quality service at affordable rates to his customers. In addition to looking out for his customers, Joe strives to be a top employer in the industry.

Michael Nixon, Principal

Michael received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Alabama where he majored in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. During his time in college, he worked as an apprentice during the summers under Joe Turk and his company. After college, Michael decided to enter the real estate industry in multiple capacities including sales and asset management. During his time in banking, Michael went back to school to earn his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in general business management. Michael has a passion for business and real estate, both of which he is able to merge together in joining this industry.
